Oceanic Mirror 1

$0.00

This image (and others in the Oceanic series) was taken from a ship in the north Atlantic off the coast of Iceland. Most of the time the surface of the sea is ruffled by friction from the wind, but on this day there was a dead calm. You can still see the shapes of the big, mid-ocean swells, but the surface was like a fun-house mirror, reflecting the sky and clouds above.

All images are printed with archival pigment inks on lightly textured fine art paper. Prints are sealed with a UV filtering varnish, mounted on board and floated in artist-made frames, ready to hang.

Available in two sizes, signed and numbered on reverse, with three standard frame finishes: Maple, Black Walnut and White.

46 x 24 x 2 inches, edition 1/5, $2,300
70 x 36 x 2 inches, edition 2/3, $9,075

Framed artworks ship in custom, foam-lined cartons. Cost depends on image size.

UPS Ground shipping costs vary by destination. I use Pirate Ship, a UPS partner that delivers surprisingly low rates.
